About MCM ITP
Launched at the end of 2007, the MCM ITP is a 5 year programme focused on the development of future missile technologies and currently features more than 70 cutting edge research projects involving more than 85 companies / academia from across the UK and France.
With a research budget of up to 14M€ per year, the MCM ITP aims to consolidate the European Guided Weapons capability by strengthening the technological base and allowing better understanding of common future needs.
The programme is managed by MBDA, in partnership with key French and British companies in the sector (Nexter Munitions, QinetiQ Limited, Roxel SA, SAFRAN Microturbo SAS, Selex-Galileo Limited and Thales). The programme is split into eight research domains each led by one of the industrial partners.
